Sophie Finn

First and foremost, I am an observer. I listen, I ask questions, and I listen some more. Through using a variety of research methods, from mapping a customer's experience to completing a wide-scale field study, I work with communities to bring their needs to the surface and together we create an inclusive, sustainable solution. Creative, human-centered solutions on a realistic scale: this is what I love to do.

About me

Growing up with parents from two different continents and cultures taught me a lot about both the beauty of seeing the world through different life perspectives.

Furthermore, the experience of living in four different environments - Charleston, SC; Sicily; South Korea; and Philadelphia, PA - and studying their education systems emphasized the value of utilizing social technologies to analyze and improve systemic processes.

The benefits of my iterative career path has led me to leverage my unique background to connect people and ideas. With experience conducting research in a variety of industries, I believe that the process of trust-building is a required first step in the path towards empowerment and equity.
